The service
Reelwise turns a phone walkthrough of a property into short vertical videos (reels) for social media, using editing formats drawn from widely watched property videos. You upload your clips and listing details, Reelwise edits them, and you download the reels and post them yourself. Reelwise does not post on your behalf.
Price and payment
- First reel: free, with a small Reelwise watermark. No card needed.
- Starter: R149 a month. Pro: R299 a month. That is the full price: no VAT is charged, and there are no other fees.
- Monthly plans are paid by card through Paystack and renew each month until you cancel. You can also pay for one month at a time by Capitec Pay or instant EFT, which never renews by itself.
- The service starts as soon as payment goes through. Reels are usually ready within a few minutes of uploading.
Duration, cancelling and refunds
There is no minimum term. Cancel any time in Billing; your plan stays on until the end of the month you paid for. The full rules, including refunds and your cooling-off rights under section 44 of the Act, are in the terms.
Security and privacy
Card details are entered on Paystack's payment page; Reelwise never sees or stores card numbers. How we handle personal information is in the privacy policy.
Your records
Every payment and every email we send you is listed on the Billing page in your account, and receipts go to your email. You can save or print these pages at any time.
